Cafe Maille in Esslingen am Neckar

My favorite café for breakfast! Always a warm welcome to Café Maile, very nice staff and the breakfast is always plentiful.

You have a service person who does not greet the customer, who throws the menu on the table, if you want to know what is on offer under the daily menu, he does not present it. am really disappointed.

Whether you feel comfortable as a guest in the café depends largely on the waiters. We went to the cafe for breakfast on a sunny Saturday morning and the waiters were listless and unsuitable. It took forever until our breakfast was there and otherwise we were actually ignored by our waiter. After paying, he doesn't even have a friendly goodbye or something similar. brought about, but turned around and left without comment. Basically we like Café Maille, but you should put a little more emphasis on competent service.

I really like its environment, it is nice to have vegan options, it is beautiful with friends.

Rude staff, burned food, overpriced wine

Clearly overwhelmed staff. Got our drinks much later than other tables even though we used to sit down. In the shop there were two customers without a mask and I, as a heavily pregnant woman, had to go back to my table to get a mask so that I could use the toilet. Unfortunately left a bad impression.

The Café Maille is simply in a very good location. Sitting under the chestnut trees in summer and drinking a cappuccino in the middle of Esslingen - what could be nicer.

Very nice, very tasty and unfortunately always very full. If you cuddle and look for closeness, you get it. But you don't find silence.

Closed Sundays from 18 clock, but from 16.30 clock there is no more warm coffee and the tables will be cleaned up

Perfect stop for a break, inside and out. Nice service. Varied menu, unfortunately everything was out. So have to come back.

Very friendly service and very good food. Unfortunately, all the schnitzel were out of stock that day, but the melted ravioli were also absolutely recommendable. It has a beautiful view of the park and sits if you want in the shade.

The waiters were ignoring us before and after ordering. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for a breakfast that never came.. At that point we decided to cancel the breakfast and go somewhere else.

nice terrace, great variety of food. nicely decorated. fit service, nice to combine with a walk towards the church, fountain, maille. very moderate in price. dogs are brought water.

Outside area with some crazy rules. You can not rearrange the tables if you are a big group. ? It's city law! Welcome to Germany. ?? Some nice lokal beers and good service.

Home made Good food. Value for money. Friendly service. Nice park in summer. River flowing, the food is good, price is right, the patron is friendly. Now they have a hamburgers. Cold beers from barells. Have a good days in Esslingen.

Café Maille is a great destination, especially in summer. The food selection is good, everything tastes delicious and the service is great! We really love going there! If you are traveling with children you will have a playground nearby. And if you prefer to lie on the meadow in the park, but you don't have food: you can also take things "ToGo" with you! ???

A nice cosy place for a coffee.

AWESOME food! Huge portions. Ordered the schnitzel and fries, and the schnitzel was the size of both my hands, fingertips spread apart! Chill atmosphere too. The bald guy is the owner, played American football, and looks like one too.
